Abstract

Tesco.com has been launched virtual shop in South Korea (2011) and North Gatwick Airport in UK (2012). By analysing the strategy design and Strategy perceptive it found some potential ability to imitate and develop virtual store in Indonesia. Some strategy to approach the customer has been proposed by store come to customer without adding new store. QR code or Bar Code and visual recognition replace the present of item. The successful story of this two technology has describe clearly to bring the opportunity reason in implementing virtual store in Indonesia. IT Architecture are briefly told in five phase of Togaf 9.0 ADM Framework.
