Abstract

Conflict will cause the stress that occurs in the life ofthe company, if not taken seriously will cause significant impactto the company's business goal achievement. This study uses conflict, job stress and employee performance. Therefore, this research aims to identify and analyze the effect of conflict and work stress on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Bayer-Bayer Crop Science of West Java. Statistical methods in conducting this study is inferential statistics, as for the type of research use disdescriptive research verification. Analysis too lsused in this study using path analysis. Data collected through observation, interviews, and the distribution of question naires. The results showed that the effect of the conflicton the job stress PT. Indonesian Bayer-Bayer Crop Science of West Java. Conflict partially affect the performance of employees at PT. Indonesian Bayer-Bayer Crop Science of West Java. Partial effect of work stress on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Bayer-Bayer Crop Science of West Java. Conflict and Job Stress jointly affect the performance of the employees of PT. Indonesian Bayer-Bayer Crop Science of West Java.
