Abstract

Promotion System that occurred specifically in its marketing events has the task of introducing the brand and the product to be marketed, one of them by doing Brand Activation. These activities require supporting tools to promote the brand and products known by the public. But the provision of support tools in promotional activities cannot be monitored causing problems as follows: categorizing not uniform items among the team, approval process is still manual, scheduled reservations and reception are not timely, and reporting data recap of goods often does not match physical data of the goods. To facilitate the monitoring of promotional activities, especially of promotional tools, needed computerized monitoring information system . In designing and making this monitoring information system are using the UML modeling with 13 users, 21 Class Diagram, Object Oriented Program (OOP), PHP Version 5, CodeIgniter Framework, and MySQL as its database. With this system, categorization of goods will be match, the approval process is done through the application, and management of events becomes scheduled, and can get the monitoring report of goods information from the booking process until the goods delivered.
