Abstract

PT X is a unit of health organizer and a separated unit of PT Y manages health for employees, retirees and their families, both in regional divisions, several support divisions and subsidiaries PT Y. Currently, IT Services PT X is used to support business processes. PT X wants to improve the service and the availability and continuity of services to users of system. In addition, compliance with the provision of services may grow and change based on needs of users in the organization's business processes. Maturity level of the availability IT service measurement process are used to know the IT service used by company using Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT). Target that will be reached is set based on result of current maturity level measurement. Methods used to reach the need of IT service is IT service management method for organization and operational changes based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. The result of this research explain that maturity level current condition is 3 (Defined Process) so PT X already has standard and written procedure socialized to management and employee so they are obeyed and do it in daily activity, but there are problems can happen because no control to do the procedure. Expected maturity level of process is analyzed using service strategy analysis define service strategy management to solve differentiation and reach expected maturity level using ITIL v.3 framework that can meet need of IT service process that produce new IT service strategy and service portofolio design to grow service of medical record online system by integrate it with service support and make new service with IT monitoring system to control IT performance process and IT infrastructure used.
