“SADAR” Co-Operation represents the co-operation which has member of Public Servant On duty Education which has scope to work in subdistrict Sindang, Cantigi, and Pasekan of regency Indramayu. One of service is given by the form of saving and loan finance. System applies in the reality still not yet used the correct information system, so that oftentimes generate the problem of data processing and or report making. The purpose of compilation skripsi is making the information system of saving and loan of finance there with supporter software so that data is got quickly, precise, and accurate. Process the calculation of saving and loan only go into effect in Conscious co-operation member environment. Method of system development that used is method prototype because if in phase which is walk there are insuffiency at previous phase, can be conducted by a direct addition without having to finish until last phase ahead. Appliance of system scheme such as flowmap, context diagram, data flow diagram, while for the scheme of database the assistive appliance used normalization, entity relational diagram, and relationship tables. Software used to develop the application is Microsoft Delphi 7 and databaseMysql 4.0 Finance Saving And Loan Information Systems built able to assist saving and loan unit performance in seeking and saving and loan data processing, so that information yielded earns quicker, precise, and accurate. Besides storage space of documents required not too wide because some of data kept in harddisk.
