Loan and Return Information system is a processing of data members, data comics, transaction of loan and return used to facilitate and quicken the process of report loan and return and also its calculation. Processing data of loan and return data in the library of Chie – Chan Bandung has not yet computerized. The medium of data storage is still in architeve, so that the data working has not yet effectively. The Research target is to design the system of information of loan and comic return at Library Chie - Chan Bandung. Research Method used isdescriptive method, with the method of development of system prototype. To design of the information system software used h Borland Delphi 7.0 by using database of Microsoft Access 2003. Based on analize result, so it is needed to have a computerized system in which all the data will be save in database, so that in seaching the data of members, comics, transaction of loan and return will run automatically, without need a long duration and a wide space to save the archieve data. Eventually it is needed make an application to help processing data of members, comics, transaction of loan and return and it is hoped to be useful particularly for The Library of Chie – Chan Bandung. The more advantage of this constructed system is the computerized sistem of Loan and Return data work process also data of members, comics, transaction of loan and return and it is supported by database so that it can save a data in a large quantity and produce a complete information. For it has the limitation problem towards the Loan and Return system so this application can be used for Loan and Return system only.
