World banking of national is not quit of negligence in running GCG practice. Fact converse and evidence indicate that what a number of case which is punching banking of national have been noted in black history sheet which smear institutes image of intermediasi. This matter will never happened or minimize to earn eliminated if banking of national can run GCG practices with strength in the idea. GCG believed can improve presentation of more financial statement with quality. In this time most of all open company in the world require the existence of execution of GCG in company because with implementation of GCG company financial statement of including in it role of Commissary and Board of directors and also other transactions that happened in company will be more transparent. Principal of transparency in GCG do not only claiming company to announce just financial statement, however financial statement the submitted shall be accurate and depicting situation real from company. Through financial statement which with quality can know by strong and healthy company performance, that way enthusiastic investor inculcate capital needn't hesitate to management of company's finance. This research is done in PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Kuningan Branch Office, that is one of the company which active in banking. Target of this research that is to know applying of GCG, quality of financial statement, and to know role of GCG in supporting the quality of financial statement at PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Kuningan Branch Office. Method which used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. To know role of GCG with quality of financial statement used by examination of statistic. Examination of statistic the used is calculation of correlation coefficient of rank spearman, coefficient of determination, hypothesis test as well as using application of SPSS 12.0 for windows to strengthen calculation manually. According to result of research, can know that applying of GCG at PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk Kuningan Branch Office very good, quality of financial statement have very good, and also GCG play a part in to support the quality of financial statement. This matter earn seen from calculation of scored a point by statistic is correlation coefficient of Rank Spearman which showing is positive and strong relation, that is with correlation coefficient value 0,683 is and also known by H0 is on deduction area mean H1 accepted or GCG have role which is significant and positive to quality of financial statement.
