PT.WAHANA SEMESTA is organization active in information communications media, one of them is by making web so called news Radar Banten, but this web news is not interaktive with difficult process the news for input by journalist and still less effective of him process expurgation of the news done by editor Method the used is methodologies life cycle covering the system enginering, systems analysis, desain system, coding / code, testing and treatment of system. Scheme cover scheme of input, scheme output, pemograman use software PHP and database MySQL able to yield pemograman which base on web. With making of news input program hence will water down and streamline the news input process for journalist. And editor shares can do expurgation of news with making of of program edit the news. Input application and edit this news make the online news system to daily of Radar Banten in PT.WAHANA SEMESTA become web which interaktive
