The digital technology is now having many easily give access to distribute a kind of information in digital formation. One of them is giving some services in multimedia form. Multimedia is combine of text, graphic, audio, animation, and video which is resulted of computer and electricity others. Multimedia is using in living, for example in education. Some big countries are known about CAI (Computer Assisted Instruction) that is computer equipment of education. In helping computer, method of teaching had is not conventional again, but now it was into some of digital media as a known multimedia. Beside that, it is need a process of multimedia which has gives easily in making, and distributing material in knowledge digital media. For giving solution, one of problems is using method synchronically. It is using together among audio video, slide and text in digital media. That is applying the technique of synchronal audio video with formation AVI, Mpg, Mpeg, Asf are media of video, and input for slide using image of formation BMP and JPG. With effect a new file is APM form has result of synchronically method and use audio video, slide and text together.
