Taking of the customers asking, it have to do some progress in services with gave a mean motivation for company PT. Sanwa Parts Indonesia have some department, that was : exim department, production department, purchasing department, dan sales department, whare each departement had an access to system information about stuff or customers input - output PT. Sanwa Parts Indonesia it self. The part of the writer take is sales department at PT. Sanwa Parts Indonesia, where at thet department use a manual system of system information in a computer without using the right system information, mean while the progress of asking getting motivating company to make a system information sales activity about the component products stoc in a company, so if another company asking of the component product, the product can check it in system information sales activity. With system information in sales department changing, it hope can support an activity working of PT. Sanwa Parts Indonesia, also more efficiencies and effectivity of working at sales department on input – output data whice is customers data, product data, PO and PO Balance data, delivery plan data and sales actual data.
