Parking are public needed which should have a special attention from the parking management. Trusted parking management would have special prestice and it will give the people comfort to keep their vehide on the parking area. Kinds of parking system is not only as a support untensil to a note and calculating the coct, one of the most important aspects for the theft risk at the parking area, so with the growth of the parking area, it is impossible if only count on the security officer for the security aspect in other side developed kinds of computerization with high security level is needed. With this program parking data manufacture should he an attention, because all this hive the parking data manufacture still worked manual on data entry or not automatic, and from security aspects it is less guarded. The result from the smart parking system with barcode basic with web camera as a security, it is to decease from the vehicle stolen risk
