Technological celluler is affecting from growth of computer technology, sms is one of fiture application on celluler by exploring sms and personal computer can be develop a control system that is capable to controlling electrical equipment like lamp, alarm etc. Control system which developed can read message in the form of pdu, can alter message from form of pdu become text and conversely, can make protection at pdu and can make component sms it self. From examination result is obtained conclusion of electrical equipment control system development by using sms (short message service) technology have successfully implement the function that is besides can implement the functions of antecedents also successfully develop new function ably can do confirmation reply message and also successful implement timing activation.
