For the sales marketing, absence system and marketing report is usually done by coming to the office to fill the arrival and going home absence and also giving the marketing report. SMS based absence application system is an application system which made for marketing sales who most of his works is out of office. Marketing sales can just send the SMS (Short Messaging Service) to minimize the transportation fee and to optimalize the time. In the marketing of SMS based absence application system, it just needs handphone as a modem GSM which paralizes with computer server and used as gateway. In the computer server, there is an absence application which operates to read the SMS request received by modem GSM, then server process it and give the reply in the form of SMS which proves that the data is received if a particular condition is fulfilled. It’s condition is refers to SMS which contains the request of arrival absence going home absence and marketing report in the exact format.
