In this research, we build a system that can do review final task proposal by online. The purpose of this system is to help lecture and student university to propose final task. These are three user in this application system. first student university then lecture and administrator faculty. These application have some facilitys : First, to propose final task by upload with pdf format by student. Second, the lecture can read the proposal after download and then by directly can do review and can be take conclution compatible a final of the proposal to be completed. And this system by directly setting compatibility propose with the specific point. To know point can see at construction chapter (chapter three). Third, administrator comitee final task have a access to change a tutor who propose before and can be access lecture data and comitee by self. After tested, we conclude that the application can help student to registration and give final task proposal and help lecture to select and to see compatible these propose. Application can be inform accept or not accept proposal. The another value the application is doing fast marking propose proceses in order result excact that time
