The utilization of information system in company is very necessary to made the company activity going well and easier. JULIAN AGENCY is an agent who sold megazine and comic. They were some needy of selling activity in JULIAN AGENCY. Those were in searching of goods data, stock data, customer data, invoice data and the making of selling report, also in security system is not optimum yet. To solve the problem , it’s necessary to made a computerized information system so that the selling activity can going well. The method that used in specification is prototyping method. For the technique of data collection used by observation, interview and literature study. While for the specification system were process specification, database specification and programme specification. The application programme used by visual basici 6.0 and for the database used access 2003. With the existence of the proposed system, expected can be helped the administration division, especially in searching data that we need can be easier and the making of monthly report become effective and on schedule.
