System of Reservation is representing very aspect necessary for peripatetic company in the field of rent property, one of the peripatetic company in the field is Pasadena Sport Hall. Various problem will emerge in system of reservation field which walk because its minimum activity with computerized. The Problems for example is Record-Keeping of transaction and admission filling of schedule of reservation often happened mistake. Output result from data processing of transaction which have been done by consumer inaccurate often because made by handwriting, which is easy to mistake. To minimize the happening of problem such as those which have been mentioned above hence out for Writer develop Information System of Field Reservation which there are in Pasadena Sport Hall. New System is just expected to minimizing mistake of input concerning transaction data and schedule usage of field. New system is also expected to be able facilitate depository process and also data processing of transaction so that can yield accurate information. Method system development which Writer use is Prototype, with reason of this method can develop good communications between Developer and User. New system more focussed at data processing of have computerization bases. Application used by Writer in developing new system representing woke up program by using Visual Basic 6.0. by wearing database of Microsoft Access version 97. After Writer develop information system of field reservation and applying it in activity of transaction and reservation, hence inferential that new system can facilitate activity of depository data and can minimize mistake in course of depository data. The information system also can quicken and facilitate data processing related to activity of field reservation. So that made report and struk can present good quality of Information.
