PT. Superintending Company of Indonesia or known as PT. SUCOFINDO is an consoloditation inspection company between the government of Indonesia and Societe Generale de Surveillance SA with it s centre office in Switzerland. PT. SUCOFINDO is one of the biggest inspection company in Indonesia supported by professional employee in all 57 location and 26 laboratory office around Indonesia. PT. SUCOFINDO is a member of professional business association international and national. We can not imagine how the biggest company who has wide network should be develop and growth without computerized information system. The application of information system should be a legal purposes for the company and should be give competitive advantage, and it make a highest priority for the company especially for INCO (industrial and Commercial) sector, there are a lot problems in processing the datas, especially in processing of revenue datas. The revenue datas in this unit should be recorded in a manual revenue book, it make problem and difficulties to trace and to edit of the datas. Through the research has been done in this unit, researcher have an aim to find a way out and solve the problems faced by this unit, researcher try to design and create a revenue collection information system. The method used is a prototyping method, system approaching method and based data construction. Hopefully, the system could be used to make easier and simplify the process of revenue collection in this unit, and more ever it will improve the efficiency and effectiveness to take the information, take an accuracy and fast report to sent to the manager.
