Officer dayeuhkolot state electrics Co-operation (KPLND) represent one of economics institute which have familiarity principality and also represent the effort with which its member majority work as public servant residing in PT. PLN (Persero) J&P Unit Produksi Citarum Bandung, where its saving and loan process still need sufficient time and to know member data, deposit, loan fell very difficult. In this final duty report, saving and loan information systems analysis writer with development method use SDLC, where tools/appliance force assist which used Flowmap, Diagram Contect, DFD, Normalization, Relationship Tables & ERD. By making application program use Delphi 7.0 and Acces database. With existence of this application program, can quicken saving and loan service and management, and can water down employees in seeking member data, deposit, loan, and payment data.
