PT. Samsung Print & Pack Indonesia is one of the company that was doing paper pack distribution and public paper bag printing. In the request progress, notice done by manual, so this could be cause the missing on service and saving inventory data. And the product cannot be reach under world and payment progress was round in place with 50 % payment yet. The method that used by prototype method, caused if error statement on the mid way, we can do some resolves or adding action without must done until the end of progress, course with Flow Map, Contexs Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagram, and on this progress we used data dictionary, Normalitation and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The information system that created, should be can helpful to increase the optimizing data and to help easy the customers, caused payment are can do by banking transfer.
