In company Kelitbangan have a lot of archives as a letters and another document are which infortant for progress to company. Activation to worka at the worker in department of working are something a system which be based on to main problem or archives subject wich to code number definite and give be based on to archives classification number for facilitate in search archives are with right of time congruent that desirable with bby crew. In compilation of writer end duty applies expansion method to assist the way system, that is System Development Life Cycle ( SDLC), SDLC is an evolusionary process in applying system or system sub that is in character can be repeat for every its(the step, phases in SDLC, that is survey, system analysis, system design, making of system and system implementation. Writer takes conclusion about heading which writer takes, that is that every work and activity of business diperkantoran requires data and information. One of data source is archive. The archives is applied good to activity of intern that is usage of data and information for ekstern or service to public.
