Hospital is institution which active in health service for the society and have very important aspect, hence to support fluency in health service required information which quickly support process. In this case computer as a system which is inveterate to be operated by most institution and society will very assisting in doing a work. At One Particular natural Hospital Islam Al-Ihsan Bandung a problem of in the case of monetary data processing along with the increasing of amount of patient having health guarantee from institution or company (contractor patient) laboring is equal to hospital part, causing part of administration find difficulties in doing administration data processing, for that require to make of a application to assist to to facilitate in finishing the the work to be coordinated better. To conduct writing of this developing information system of writer use method of prototype and to support the solving of this report of collecting data writer for example by observation, interview, and bibliography study With approach of Diagram Context using system, Data of Flow diagram (DFD),KAMUS Data, Normalization, Relationship of Tabel, and Entity Relationship Diagram ( ERD). To handle database of system to be developed, hence used by Software Mysql. This Software can handle database in big scale and can support better application for the architecture of client-server. used implementation that is Delphi 7.0. with the applying computerized Information System Financial Administration for the contractor patient of computerized and base on server client process that happened become organizational and nattier.
