Body Officer of State standing since year 1950an continuing to develop x'self in line with progress of information globalization era and computer expanding at full speed. Growth of technology specially this computer area have brought influence to Institution to improve officer performance. Problems which emerge with existence of data processing of retired decree in this time find difficulties because the data processing of still conducted by manual, enabling do not earn to walk at ease, either from speed of process and correctness of information, causing data processing of retired decree find difficulties in making of retired decree report. Writing methodologies which used in writing of final duty is descriptive method, that is method saying, analysing and investigation classification with survey technique. While data collecting technique the used is bibliography study and field study. And for the method of development of software, writer use writer use method of pritotipe, that is method emphasizing at requirement of user. For Data-Processing System of Retired Decree which raised, writer of data-processing information system mengunakan, and expected by this system can facilitate BKN in data processing at retired decree, facilitating BKN in record-keeping of retired decree result, and facilitate BKN in making of retired decree report, so that more accurate obtained information.
