The information system of the paymen of wages in PUSKOPAD “A” KODAM III SILIWANGI-BANDUNG doesn’t run well, because the paymen system is conducted manually. Therefore, the system experience many abstracles, for instances, there are many mistakes in the accounting process of the wages since it needs the big book and the payment is late. The saving process of the functionaries data still uses archieves slowing down the searching process of mating the manual report. To overcome this problem, the writer tries to design a new information system for the payment of wages in PUSKOPAD “A” KODAM III SILIWANGIBANDUNG. The data collection methods used by the writer are observation method, interview method, and library study. System development method used by the writer is prototype method. The stage of translating the analysis is developed into the form of Borland Delphi 7.0 programming language with Ms.Acces as the data base. The new computerize design proposed by the writer hopefully can assist the related party particulary in the accounting process of functionaries wages so that it can creat the time efficiency and the performance.
