Part of officer of DISPERUM is one of institution owning activity handle about data processing of officer absence covering record keeping of officer absence data and making of report which still conducted manually, though system which now have used computer, but in making of report still require time whice in its workmanship, because to the number of data which must be processed, so that absence data reports cannot be finished quickly and is accurate. In activity make up discipline, the problems handled by is data processing system of officer absence. Considering important of is problem hence needed by computer to process existing absense data. To support data processing process in making of conducted report manually become computerization system, hence needed by good absence information system in data processing, with a purpose to water down and quicken data processing process and making of exiting officer absence report can be conducted swiftly and on schedule, so that yield a information which with qulity to take of decision. System development conducted by writer started with identifying problem, conducting research method that is with interview and aoservation, then system analysis which is walking and writer design data. Processing information system and making of expected report can equip insuffiency and weakness of system which is walking. System implementation use of Borland Delphi 5.0, as a mean to facilitate activity executed by part of data processing of officer absence, besides swiftly in cuorse of seeking of data, making of needed report and kept to data earn well guaranted it is security.
