PT. Jasa Raharja Branch West Java represent company of insurance which active in service, but in data-processing activity specially decent proffering data of accident of traffic land this, still experience of the problem of like result of data processing which still kept many in the form of archivess. Making of receipt bind, making of receipt which still made to use white colars application, which often experience of mistake in the case of typing. To overcome problems that happened, will be made scheme of decent proffering information system accident of land traffic. used method that is book study method, observation, interview with related/relevant shares, and descriptive method. Besides also used method in system development of this decent proffering information is which relate at paradigm model System Life cycle development ( SDLC). Appliance assist which used that is Flowmap, tables of relationship, normalization, and data dictionary. Applying of decent proffering system of accident of traffic land this, can overcome problems or constraints in PT.Jasa Raharja Branch West Java like damage, losing of data because result of data processing kept in peaceful storage media, and easy to in seeking. So that yielded Information more accurate, quickly and is complete.
