Dinas Perkebunan Propince in west java located at Surapati No.67 Bandung is the company of Goverment instanstion which work in Dinas Perkebunan. This trouble always comes at Dinas Perkebunan is the system still work in a manual system, the the worksheet in writen still use a speciall book which calls a general cash book, so, there are always fault in write and will contraminate in Dinas Perkebunan’s ot total of cash. To make a trouble’s finish, so the analyst take the theme of the research “ Accounting Information System of Cash Design at Dinas Perkebunan Propince of West Java use microsoft visual basic 6.0”. The Analist using the descriptif reseacrh design, eksperimen reseacrh method and survey, the primer file, kind of kualitatif and kuantitatif, the growth up system method which use orentation process, data orentation, and orentation output. Growth up system structur use the waterfall system. In the realize system for the Cash in DinasPerkebunan still using a manual system, where the cash is writen with a manual system in worksheet. For the accounting information system cash of design that the analyst idea, all cash have been process with a outomatic system in computer. The design incluce of input, process and output. There is a general journal ang general ledger in the process but the output work with automatic system. There are Cash Flow and Balance Sheet in the output. Hopes this design could fix the trouble in the realize system, and also could fix all the trouble.
