Elevator or lift is an important part in a building, especially skyscraper and high building. Its function is to take a load vertically like human and goods. There are thee main part of a lift, first electric motor, sensor and a track for moving up and down. This final project report focused on modeling a lift in a miniature modeling use motor DC. In this design the controlling source come from I/O port of AT89S51 microcontroller from ATMEL. Microcontroller is here used to arrange the speed from motor DC of pursuant to input of feed back given by the sensor. To controlling lift movement is use the Proportional and Integral Control assessded good enaugh to stabilize waiting time of it.
