Metode the research used in this research is method deskriftif analyse with quantitative approach, hat isly a[n the method depict and eksplain, write the accurate object through with refer to data collecting activity, then test truth an hypothesis is then analysed and also taken by the X conclusion in general from studied problem. of Examination of the hypothesis use the statistical methods analyse rank spearman Matter of this research is that level of financial control employ and fee at pdam from year ketahun always experience of improvement of result examination of hypothesis can pulled conclusion that budget employ truely play a part in the financial control employ and fee. suggestion regarding hit role of budget employ in supporting the financial control employ and fee as follows :1 Managers shall be more listen carefully and more critical to possibilities to happened a period of/to to come when using the budget proposal, so that don't happened the external beneficial difference of deviation boundary and avoid the expense don't dianggarakan before all. 2. PDAM town bandung shall be more coherent in applying regulation of operation to lessen the happening of deviation in remuneration, hence management party side better specify the tolerance range to deviation, so that if happened the deviation exceed the tolerance range is the follow-up done to the deviation so that to be deviation then by theX day diminimalisir.
