Net Working Capital is very important in company especially in its operational activities. Sales revenue expected can be archieve with the optimal benefit and profit can be achieve as a target, and can be use for optimalsession Net Working Capital. Procedure data collecting taken is bibliography study and field study, data analysed by using Analysis Correlation, Regresi, Determinasi, and Test of t, in process data use program of SPSS 11.5 Windows for. Pursuant to result of research indicate that there are Relation between Net Working Capital in improving Profit Company. Level of relation ( correlation) both of variable very strong that is r = 0,318 with positive correlation value, its meaning of Net Working Capital mount, hence Profit mount, conversely. Mount reached Relation is 10,11% and the rest 89,89% influenced by other factor. Hence can be concluded that Relation Of Net Working Capital Of Increasing Improving Profit Company at PT.
