In principle every decision that made by company manager in the name of company owner in utilize internal resource and external, is to produce profit for the company. One of the problem arise when making business, is to decide the form of resource investment that can become a strength from every business system. One of the form that need an attention is, investment in the form of working capital. In theory, net working is a company investment in the form of rotated capital that less from one period or normal, that used to paid daily company operation. With the knowledge of daily total expense and period rotation, so we can know total working capital that needed by the company. One of the concept working capital, is net working capital. Net working capital is very important to paid company operation without bother the liquidity, that is a surplus of current asset above the current liability so it can uplift company return on equity (ROE) rate. Looking the that fact, writer do research with hypothesis that networking capital can influence to uplift ROE. The method that used in this research, is descriptive quantitative method, where this method divided in descriptive method and quantitative, that is a data in the form of number, so it can describe the analyze at lot more that related with formula based from the financial statement. From the data calculation that has been processed, it resulted coefficient correlation (r) = 0,891, so it has a very strong relation between net working capital with return on equity (ROE) statistic lest, that used to measure significant level of coefficient correlation (r) with significant level a = 0,05 resulted tcount = 3,40 and ttable = 3,182, it mean net working capital can influence ROE. Key words : Net working capital and Return On Equity (ROE).
