Capital plays a very important role in creating profit. Utilization of working capital in from of liquid cash is expended to repay short-term debt. Net working capital and also current ratio and the influence of net working capital on current ratio at PT. Trio Daya Makmur Majenang. The purpose of this research was to find out whether net working capital has significant influence on current ratio at PT. Trio Daya Makmur Majenang and also to know the extent of the influence. The research method used was quantitative method, such as by using analysis of regression, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. From the results of the analysis of regression, coefficient of correlation coefficient of determinationi and hypothesis test it was obtained that net working capital has a high, strong, unidirectional relationship. The research results obtained were as follows: the analysis of regression was y = 0,696 + 0.020 x, the coefficient of correlation was (r) = 0,776, meaning that there was strong, positive relationship. The coefficient of determination obtained was 60,22% and 39,78% the remaining being influenced by other factors. The result of hypothesis test was that t count was 2,754 and t table was 2,571, meaning that net working capital has significant influence on current ratio at PT. Trio Daya Makmur Majenang
