The aim of the research is to research is to know the type of activity, message, media and strategy which is used by Public relations of art and culture developing in doing activity, therefore this research has purpose to know how the strategy of Public Relations through art appreciation in developing art and culture, Jawa Barat in center of park culture Management, Bandung. This research use descriptive method and the technique used in this research is interview and book study. The population from this research is Public Relations, Public Relations staff, and developing section. The sample of this research is 4 people. The result of this research shows that Public Relations of center of park culture developing in develop the and culture by using medias such as poster, catalog, brochure and street banner. While in media electronic the company corporate with TV Bandung, STV, RRi, El Shinta, and Cosmos. The art appreciation which is done by high is informative and persuasive by message application in AIDCA type. From the explaining above, the writer conclude that Public Relations strategy of Management Park Culture center in doing activity have enough effort in giving an interesting to public in order to the public can take apart in showing the works Art and culture. An advise for the next research, hope that by Public Relations of art and culture developing increase the art creativity more in Jawa Barat people in order to care to the Jawa Barat art more.
