This job training report contains of learning of English for student in an elementary school. The writer describes all the activities as a teacher teaching for class 4, 5, and 6 in SDN Haurpancuh 3. The learning process was described into three main activities; they are pre-teaching, while teaching, and post-teaching. Furthermore, the writing method of this report was descriptive. Whereas the relevant information on this report was acquisitioned by observation, library research, and interview. There were problems during the activities such as in human resource that were student’s motivation was low, student’s absorption capacity, attitude, and behavior to understand the lesson were different. The writer also found other aspects that were indirectly influence student’s learning; they were the differences of student’s background because it related to student’s motivation, the facility that given by school was not suitable so that it didn’t support the learning activities. As a solution, the writer took step to motivate students by giving them trust and change the way to teach. Besides, cooperation between parents and school side will help student to develop. Finally, school should try to fulfill the facility to support student’s learning. Keywords: learning, motivation
