KiosDVD is one of the company that was goods sale, especially products Visual Entertainment. In the request progress, notice done by manual, so this could be cause the missing on service and saving inventory data. And the product cannot be reach under world and payment progress was round in place. The method that used by waterfall method, caused every step in waterfall method must be finalized before continued at the next step, this thing aim to avoid the happening of loop at the same step, course with Flow Map, Contexs Diagrams, and Data Flow Diagram, and on this progress we used data dictionary, Normalitation and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The information system that created, should be can helpful to increase the optimizing data and to help easy the customers, caused payment are can do by banking transfer.
