Healthy Bank is ability of bank ti banking operasional activity normally and can fulfill all the obligations well in the way of matching with regulation of banking apply. This research will tested the influence of Healthy Bank to Stock Price at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk. The method that used is descriptive method with quantitave approach. While data that been analysis is BRI financial statement from 2007-2008. Analysis process done by using simple linier regression technique analysis. Based from research result, showed that Healthy Bank will be influenced to stock price. This thing can be showed from correlation calculation = 0,661 with determination coefficient = 43,7% which means also Healthy Bank influenced positive/ one way and strong to stock price. While hypothesis test using t test with degree of freedom = 5% resulted that tcount = 2,156 While ttable = 1,943 where tcount > ttable, which means H0 rejected and H1 accepted this means Healthy Bank influenced to Stock Price.
