Finance is an important element in a company, either government or private companies. Without a firm's financial statements were impossible to perform the calculation of profit / loss company with decent. PT PARMIGAS Bandung, as one of the private agency has a lot of financial statements. To support the performance of the financial statements in the agency needed an information system that can process financial data quickly and accurately, the fact that existing systems have not been optimal in the data processing financial statements, and therefore the research is intended to make the information processing system of financial reporting data that has been computerized and the data has been integrated. In this system of research used descriptive research methodologies and methods of action that describes the problems that occur in the field as they are, and uses a structured approach. Then analyze and explain the data collected in accordance with the purposes of research for development system used waterfall method, and to methods researchers use a systems approach Flowmap, Diagram Context, and DFD. In this study researchers used Visusal Basic 6.0 programming language to create programs and menggunan Microsoft acces 2007 as a database. The purpose of this study to accelerate the process of delivering the desired information, and make a financial report data to be integrated so as to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency in data processing of financial statements. After corresponding with the desired method of research, this information system has the follow-up testing where the testing system is using black box method.
