Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of Ramadhan fasting toward bacterial &#64979;growth in urine. Sixty healthy medical students of YARSI UNIVERSITY School of Medicine 0.05) but it decreases significantly in D&#64979;3 (p < 0.05). In bacterial count, both female and male samples show no significant differences from K&#64979;0 to K&#64979;2 (p < 0.05) But it increases significantly on K&#64979;3 (p < 0.05) for 13 species in ,female and 12 species in male sample. The most common species encountered were Diphteroids (21.61) and Diplocoecus sp (37.1 7o) in female and male respectivehJ.
