By understanding and usually do the calculation, company will more be able to predict the future change and the impact the operational effort, also could be predict all needed things as soon as possible to get the goal and target that has been decided before, inventory turn over show how many times that the needed financial capital will be decreased, need the good planning and inventory cautions efficiency to get the high cycle degree. This observation is using description analysis and quantity approach method. Description analysis method is used to explain how the influence of raw material purchases calculation towards inventory turn over degree at PT. Kertas Padalarang (Persero) Bandung Company. Quantity approach method is used in this observation because the material purchases calculation and inventory turn over date are based from the result by numeric calculation. To know how much the influence of raw material purchases calculation and inventory turn over, then use the simple regression analytic. Based from statistic analytic, as the result by data processingwith using SPSS V.11.5 for windows there is show that between the raw material purchases, calculation and inventory turn over have a strong and positive connection that mean each icreasing purchases calculation will be increasing the ionventory turn over and show that have the significant influence n raw material purchases calculation toward inventory turn over.
