This research was conducted at PT. POS Indonesia Bandung Branch Cilaki. In the current era of globalization, like all companies contributing to the economic development of the nation. In the banking world to give a positive image to the shareholders in particular third-party investors and the main thing to note is that the financial statements. One form of financial statements is the profit / loss that may provide important information regarding the level of revenue and net profit for a given period. Phenomenon that occurred was in 2004-2008 has decreased despite rising relative sales value and generate profits in 2007 but profits generated so minimal that even a loss in 2008. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the profit / loss and to find solutions / constraints faced by PT. POS Indonesia Bandung Branch Cilaki in order to maintain profit levels. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. By using the developmental analysis of profits / losses can be seen that the rate of profit at PT. POS Indonesia Bandung Branch Cilaki decreasing and increasing every year. The results showed that the profit / loss on PT. POS Indonesia Bandung Branch Cilaki tend to decrease and increase profits. The rate of profit to decline due to lack of marketing, human resources, rising labor costs, vehicle operation, and competition with other companies. While the increase in profits due to the rising value of sales.
