Optimal profit is the goal of the company, one of the indicators that should be considered in order to obtain the optimal profit companies that can be seen from the effectiveness of the sales budget. Established strategy every company is different depending on the state of the company. Companies should consider the potential that exist within the company and external factors in making the plan work. Planning is the management functions that can not be separated.The author's intent was to collect research data and information on the effectiveness of the Budget Sales at CV. Dressage Padalarang. Objectives can be achieved with this study was to determine how the effectiveness of the sales budget on the CV. Dressage Padalarang.The study, entitled "Review of Effectiveness Against Budget Sales at CV. Dressage Padalarang "performed by using descriptive methods derived from interviews in the CV finance. Dressage Padalarang.The research concludes that the effectiveness of CV sales budget. Dressage Padalarang each year has increased and decreased. This is because there are several factors that affect the increase and decrease in budget efekttivitas sales factor of which is marketing.
