Teachers are the most important element in school. Teachers' performance is one determinant of the quality level of education. From interview with the Deputy Principal of Studentship at SMA PGII 1 Bandung, there has been a decrease about the number of students who qualify for SNMPTN in the last 3 years. This is indicates that the assessment of teachers' work needs to be examined further. Education quality can be reach if the teachers' performance refers to the vision, mission, goals, objectives, and education targets to respond various issues and problems by mobilizing the full potential of existing resources in the educational institutions. In this case the principal leadership factor plays a very important role. Every leader must have a vision and a specific mission which then propagated to the subordinate and became a habit that eventually become an organizational culture. From the initial survey to 30 teachers as respondents for the variables of principal leadership and organizational culture, the major of respondents feel less satisfied with the transformational leadership style that adopted by the principal, and also the organizational culture that is not optimal working. This research review these factors by test how much the principal��s transformational leadership and organizational culture can affect the teachers' performance in SMA PGII 1 Bandung. This research uses quantitative method with non-probability sampling technique by deliver the questionnaires to the entire population which total 61 respondents who are staff and teachers at SMA PGII 1 Bandung. The analysis uses descriptive and verification method, with statistical tests by validity test and reliability test using the SPSS-18 software program. The result of this research shows that the principal leadership, organizational culture, and teachers' performance in SMA PGII 1 Bandung are good. And the test results shows that the principal's transformational leadership and organizational culture, significantly affect the teachers' performance either partially or simultaneously. From the statistical test results, the R squared value is 0.578, which means the principal��s transformational leadership and organizational culture simultaneously affect the teachers' performance in 57,8%, while the remaining 42,2% is influenced by other variables.
