Abstract
The aim research and analysis influence dimension behaviour towards apparatus behavior improving the quality ot trade permit service in board of industry and trade to Board of Industry and Trade of Medan City. The theory testing writer by Robbins and Coulter (2005:460)These fourth dimension namelystandars, measurements, comparison dan action. The use of methodology explanatory survey and population is sensus and infuence the fourth dimension to the employees behavior by using Path Analysis. Influence standard (X 1.1 ) direct and indirect to apparatus behavior (Y) is 22.8%. Influence measurement (X 1.2 ) direct and in direct to apparatus behavior (Y) is 7.1%. Influence comparison (X 1.3 ) direct and in direct to apparatus behavior (Y) is 1.7% and influence action (X 1.4 ) direct and in direct to apparatus behavior (Y) is 9.6%. The effect ( 1 . 1 , X 1 . 2 , X 1 . 3 , X 1 . 4 ) to Y is 58.2.%, and the residue 31.4% influenced the other dissimilar factor (epsilon).
