Abstract
The rapid growth of industrialization imposes high mobilization of people, increases number of working women, including pregnant women who will face consenquency of increasing possibilities of trauma during pregnancy. In the management of trauma during pregnancy, it should be kept in mind anything that related to anatomical and physiological changes of pregnancy, particularly if surgical intervention is unavoidable.A qualified surgeon and obstetrician should be consulted as early as possible. Pregnant women who work in industry are strongly recommended to use safety tools, and those who drive car should wear safety belt.
