Micro technique is a subject which studied about how making dry blood smear. Micro technique is a part of biology science which have problem about learning process especially facing blood smear resul. Until this time, we still have satisfied. Whereas, result of blood smear is very important in order to learning education process, especially in subject Histologi, Kedokteran, Parasitologi, Anatomi Tumbuhan, Biologi Umum, Kultur Jaringan and else. Low ability to making blood smear is cause by not carefully situations, there is notability and interest which background by art factor which have by person who doing that. Because, in making process blood smear is doing by several stages, including tissue preparing, procesing of tissue, cutting of tissue, and coloring of tissue. Considering the big impact of each stage about the result, we must strive for to learn carefully and precisely, until we can have blood smear like we hope. Objective of this recearch is to know effectiveness making blood smear concerning quality blood smear result by biology college student. The kind this research is descriptive research. Population for this research is using several kind of plant i.e. Rose rp, Bougainvillea spectabilis, Caesalpinia pulcherima, Allamanda cathartica, Hibiscus rosa sinensis, whilw the sample are using radix, caulis, follium from a part of those plants. The withdrawal sample is using purposive sampling, whereas characteristic from those plants was already sure. Every treatment was repeatedly fourth times. In this research, dsts will caount with using percentage accounting. Result of this research showing that the good result will the we have if we are using from root section and meserasi with each have percentage 65 % and 80 %, meanwhilw, section of blood smear from the leaf just have percentage 20 %. Considering from this research we can concluded that making of the blood smear by college student in the subject micro technique was effective if we are using blood smear from section rot and meserasi.
