Milling process is one of kind machining process in the metal manufacturing. At the milling process, the sharpness of the cutting tool determine the accuracy of feature dimensions. Meanwhile, everytime passed a process, the cutting tool have wear-out condition, that may cause deviation of the part specification. Therefore, we need to control this condition, by combine Automatic Process control (APC) and Statistical Process Control. The APC tend to reduce the variations caused by the cutting tool wear-out condition and the SPC tend to reduce the variation caused by another special cause. The format of adjusment is offsetting the NC Program for every process.
