Abstract
Dalam operasioanalnya, The Feli Hotel memilih motto Karena Anda Layak Mendapatkan yang Terbaik atau Because You Deserve The very Best . Motto ini wajib dipahami dan diterapkan atau berlaku untuk sesama karyawan dalam interaksi kerja (internal customer) atau ketika semua karyawan melayani tamu (eksternal customer) yang berkunjung ke The Feli Hotel.
