Office Public Accountant of KBS-Bandung represent company which active in service. In face of storey; level emulation of effort which is excelsior, Office Public Accountant of KBS-Bandung should be able to take care of and maintain its effort stability. In the effort improving Work productivity employees, Office Public Accountant of KBS Bandung conduct some effort which one of them is by giving trainings. Training Program is one of the element in improving work productivity, which is on its execution have to integrated strategicly human resource in company. Intention of this research is to know Role of Training Program in improving Work productivity employees. Method which is used in this research is method of deskririptif that is research type depicting what will be conducted by company pursuant to fact - existing fact is henceforth processed to become data, and verifikatif that is to test hypothesis by using calculations of statistic. Technique data collecting which is writer use and interview of quesioner directly to responder. In this research is used by collected primary data of responder representing Office Public Accountant employees population of KBS-Bandung, while technique analyse data the used is analysis of regresi and correlation. This method is used to know relation between both variable, where variable of X is Training Program and variable of Y is Work productivity. After passing steps research, hence can know bigly of relation between Training Program with Work productivity employees proved from result of calculation of coefficient of determinasi equal to 74,4769 %, this matter indicate that Training Program have role in improving Work Productivity Employees in Office Public Accountant environment of KBS-Bandung
