PT. LINICO INDONESIA represent the peripatetic manufacturing business in the field of steel construction, machinery, industrial service and engineer. At rumah sakit street No. 74 Ujung Berung Bandung 40162. Process accountancy record- keeping still be conducted computerized officially by using Microsoft Office Excel 2003. For the problem so writer take title “Design Information System Accountancy of raw material purchasing at PT. Linico Indonesia by using Microsoft Visual basic 6.0”. Pursuant research is done writer, so writer use methodologies of system development orienting output, process, and data. The structure of system development used waterfall. The information system accountancy of material purchasing accompanied by the application program Microsoft Visual basic 6.0 representing a information system accountancy addressed and special design in solving problem in course of accountancy, so that record-keeping mistake in making journal, general ledger, and financial statement can be overcome and expected to earn the creation of company progress with the more efficient and effective job system.
