Development of needs to higher education will eventually open the opportunities for private sector to participate in the education business. In the marketing world, the establishment of a positive corporate image will help the company in marketing activity, because the conditions of competition is very tight, each company will try to put itself the best on consumers�� opinion in order to be trusted to fulfill their needs and wants. Many state universities open DIII programs which makes the image of private universities decline. People trust DIII Programs at the State University more compare to DIII Programs at Private University. According to the students, the institution image will Influence the assessment of students to be loyal to their college. Consumers�� trust will determine their assessment of the overall value they receive. Consumers who have trust will also have a loyalty. The purpose of this research is to gain the result of study description about the Institution image, Trust and loyalty of DIII programs at college in Bandung; examine The Influence of Institution Image and Trust on Students�� Loyalty (Survey on Students of DIII programs at Private University in Bandung). Type of research which used was descriptive and verificative. Data collection technique was the study of literature and field studies. Field studies used observation, interviews and questionnaires. Samples were taken 117 students (respondents) of DIII in Bandung. Samples withdrawal technique used Systematic Random Sampling. Effects models analyzed using Structural Equation Models. The results showed the influence of Institution image and Trust on Students�� Loyalty (Survey on Students of DIII Programs at Private University in Bandung).
