Recently, There have been several advertisements about job opportunity in Japanese companies. Indonesia as country which has 60 years of diplomatic relations with Japan is the target of this recruitment. In a Japanese company, graduates will communicate such as by e-mail with Japanese people, so that the knowledge of Japanese language in the business world becomes necessary. In the aim of equipping knowledge for prospective graduates when entering the Japanese business world, the Japanese Studies Program of Universitas Indonesia holds a course called ��The Basic of Japanese Correspondence�� as a compulsory subject that must be taken by 3rd grade year student. This Paper present the learning process and the results of first semester in 2017 class activities which is focused on the knowledge and practice in the making e-mail using business Japanese language. The Learning methods that is applied are CL (Coorporative Learning). CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) and Role Playing. The result of this research show that those methods play a major role in equipping the corespondence knowledge and Japanese business ethics. Furthermore, this research is expected to give contributions for the development of Japanese Correspondence Basic Courses In Indonesia, especially in the Japanese Studies Program, Universitas Indonesia.
